Property Information

This three bedroom villa with private pool, sleeps up to 7 people.

With a modern interior, all the rooms are decorated to a very high standard. All floors have ceramic tiles to provide a cool pleasent enviroment.

The villa boasts a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery provided. Iron and ironing board and english plug adaptors.

Also included is a Televison, Telephone & CD/Radio player.

We are a family run business and there will always be some one on call should you need any thing. Siam and Senay live nearby and will greet you on arrival to show you around and handover the keys.

Pool Area

The pool is 24 square metres with a non slip paved surrounding. This area also has table and chairs, sunbeds and a built in barbecue for daytime snacks or maybe a midnight feast! (pool treated twice daily).

Ground Floor

Family bed-room king size bed, and a single bed. Balcony (air conditioning).

2nd bedroom - king size bed.

3rd bedroom 2 single beds, balcony (air conditioning).

All bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space, dressing tables with mirrors, lamps and stools.
All Bedding provided.

Cleaners will visit midweek to clean villa and change bedding (more often if required). Towels provided are for use at the Villa only. You must bring your own beach towels.

Master bathroom - Very large luxury power shower, toilet with bidet and sink unit.

First Floor

Kitchen- fully equipt.

Modern living room with comfortable 3 piece suite, cable T.V, Hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors that lead to main terrace looking out over breathtaking views, mountains, sea and greenery.

The Terrace

The terrace is fully furnished with table and chairs, parasole and sun loungers. Wonderful setting for lazy days and perfect evenings admiring the veiws and watching the stars over this beautiful village.
