there are so many tourist attractions to visit around the
Villa.
For a family holiday you have the beauty of fun around your
own private pool. There are also three amazing beaches for
great days out. All around 15 minutes away.
For the more energetic of you, there are so many local activities
such as diving, horse riding, paragliding, canoeing and many
more. This area is also ideal for walking.
Uzumlu

Uzumlu is a little Farming village full of vineyards and
olive groves. The main source of income for the locals is
selling fruit produce such as oranges, lemons, pomegranates
and figs.
A local shop is within walking distance, where you will be
able to buy the essentials. You can also arrange to have freshly
baked bread delivered to your door each day.
There is a tea garden situated in the middle of the village
where you can sit and have a traditional Turkish tea or maybe
a cold beer.
Kalkan

Just a 15 minute ride away from the villa lays the sophisticated
harbour town of Kalkan. One of the most picturesque and charming
in Turkey, with cobbled streets and clad white-washed houses
winding down to the marina, you can dine overlooking the yachts
moored in the crystal clear waters. There is a vast choice
of harbour-side and rooftop restaurants, also plenty of snack
bars which may be more suitable for young families.
There are a couple of bars around if you want to relax and
have a few drinks and many boutiques and gift shops selling
local crafts if shopping is more your thing! The town has
three banks with cash machines, and also a post office where
you can change money for the local currency. There are several
supermarkets, a chemist and general stores for all your needs.
Kalkan is perfect for day trips to the beach or romantic evening
strolls. The local people are so friendly they make your stay
a memorable one; and you will just want to keep coming back!

Patara is best known for its 18km of golden
beach and the ruins that date back to roman times. Patara
is also famous for being the birth place of Saint Nicholas.
There is a cafe’ on the beach for snacks and refreshments
and also a selection of restaurants in Patara village.
Kaputas beach, Another fantastic swimming
and sun bathing location also just 20 minutes ride away. This
is a tranquil beach cove with tropical blue sea and golden
sands . . . Paradise!
